Transform product images into professional mockups using artificial intelligence

Connect with Shopify and other platforms to sync products and manage listings

Access to professional mockup templates for various product categories
Cloud Storage
Secure storage for your products, mockups, and generated content
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of TakeFivv, you agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- Not upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
- Not use the service to generate content that is offensive, harmful, or illegal
- Respect the intellectual property rights of TakeFivv and other users
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to TakeFivv, including:
- • Product images and descriptions
- • Brand assets and logos
- • Business information and data
5.2 Generated Content
You own the mockups and content generated using our service. However, you grant TakeFivv a non-exclusive license to use anonymised data for service improvement purposes.
5.3 TakeFivv's Property
The TakeFivv platform, including but not limited to templates, software, algorithms, and user interface, remains the exclusive property of TakeFivv.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Free Services
TakeFivv currently offers free access to core features with usage limitations.
6.2 Future Paid Services
We reserve the right to introduce paid subscription plans. Any such changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice.
6.3 Refunds
Refund policies will be clearly stated for any future paid services.
7. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain high availability, we cannot guarantee that:
- The service will be available 100% of the time
- The service will be error-free or uninterrupted
- All features will be available at all times
Maintenance: We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Important Legal Notice
Under UK law, we cannot exclude all liability, but we can limit it to the maximum extent permitted.
To the extent permitted by law, TakeFivv shall not be liable for:
- • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- • Damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account
- • Issues arising from third-party integrations (e.g., Shopify)
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
